You haven't left the house in days. Something's wrong, but you don't know what it is. You don't know if it's you, other people, or your house. You're not sleeping well, you have no appetite. You feel a restlessness that you can't pinpoint. You don't feel like doing anything, but you can't stay still either.      

Suddenly, it seems like the walls are cracking, the neighbors are giving you strange looks. You want to escape something that isn't there.
